The season is approximately three and one half months in length. The season generally begins early December and ends with the state finals mid March. The volleyball program consist of a seventh grade and an eighth grade team with fifteen members selected for each team. The coach may elect to have student managers. Managers do not play in games. A monthly practice schedule will be distributed to the players. A uniform is provided for each player. Players are responsible for their own socks, shoes, and knee pads. In order to preserve the gym floor, students are required to wear a gym shoe that is not worn as an everyday street shoe. Students are subject to both the Academic and Conduct Eligibility.
