The season is approximately two months in length. The season generally begins the end of July and ends with the state competition the end of September. The softball program consist of a seventh grade and an eighth grade team with fifteen members selected for each team. The coach may elect to have student managers. Managers do not play in games. A monthly practice schedule will be distributed to the players. A uniform is provided for each player. Players are responsible for their own hat, shoes, socks, and glove. Additional necessary equipment is provided by the school. Students are subject to both the Academic and Conduct Eligibility.
